Uprooted Wellness Cooking Classes are designed to fit your specific needs and the areas you feel most challenged by in your kitchen. You will have a learning experience that provides a foundation of nutrient dense, plant-based options to fuel your body and make you FEEL good.

I believe cooking doesn’t have to be a chore- it can ground us while providing a means of creativity and love. My mission is to bring people into the kitchen with joy, confidence, and efficiency.  I want you to feel empowered feeding yourself and your family economical, healthy, and delicious meals. I am dedicated to providing my clients with the valuable life skills necessary to achieve their goals, attain confidence, and nourish their bodies & souls, through cooking, mindfulness, and connection.

 

ALL MENUS ARE PLANT BASED AND CENTERED AROUND WHOLE, REAL INGREDIENTS. RECIPES WILL ALWAYS BE GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE.  I UTILIZE ORGANIC, LOCAL PRODUCE WHENEVER POSSIBLE.

 

 Private, group, and community classes are available.

 

Please note that this is a class specifically for those living and operating in the Tampa area.
