I am an Integrative Nutrition health coach, wellness educator, and cooking instructor.
I am fascinated by the science of human nutrition and the way the food we eat affects our health.
I fully believe in the power of a whole foods approach- real food, real ingredients, and a clean diet.
For me, great joy is found in the experience of cooking, nourishing those around me,
and teaching my clients to do the same.
With a holistic approach, I consider the whole body and all aspects that contribute to wellness.
As an advocate for women, I have a passion for coaching others to invest in their health
as a means of prevention, rely on their own intuition in order to support the body and
allow it to heal innately, while living in a way that balances and strengthens us for optimal health.
It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a professional and
my intention is to create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve them.
My practice is based around the concept that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs and
there is no one-size-fits-all approach to attain a healthy lifestyle.
My goal is to bridge the disconnect between your personal goals and the expert medical recommendations you receive, then show you how to incorporate both into your daily life.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.
Instead of creating lists with good and bad foods, I teach my clients to explore basic improvements
and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients
find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated.
We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.
This makes being healthy SIMPLE by getting rid of the rules and restrictions we place on ourselves.
In addition to nutrition, I work with my clients on stress management, exercise,
work-life balance, relationships, pre-conception, pre-natal, and postpartum health.
Uprooted Wellness was created with the mission to shift our
community’s perspective on what it means to be in a state of good health.
This includes becoming mindful of what we are taking in, living in a more
sustainable and conscious manner, and incorporating the natural healing
modalities into our lives that have served us well for centuries.
